Social Social Security Fund (SSF) Discussion Program
Social Security Fund (SSF) discussion program was organized by Fair Trade Group Nepal virtually on 11th June 2021 with the objective to discuss on the policies and practices in regards to the SSF. 66 participants from representatives from Federations, Associations, like-minded organizations, Executive board members, members’ staff and producers and secretariat participated in the program.
The program was moderated by Dr. Sunil Chitrakar, Vice-chairperson, FTG Nepal. Open forum discussion was ran throughout the program where representatives from Federations like Federation of Nepalese Chamber of Commerce and Industries (FNCCI) and Federation of Nepal Cottage and Small Industries (FNCSI) and Commodity Associations like Nepal Carpet Manufacturers and Exporters Association, Nepal Hand Made Paper Industries Association, Nepal Wool Felt Producer’s & Exporter's Association and others and members shared on the policies and practices of SSF provisioned by the government and their opinions on it.
