Amrita Craft has been in the handicraft and garment business for over 3 decades. Harnessing the skills of artisans, it has been able to provide a large variety of products over the years to its clientele in Europe, USA, Japan, South Africa & elsewhere. Its objective has always been to generate sustainable employment to those in need. Through its supply chain, it employs several individuals and producer groups from a diversity of income levels and skill sets. Though the company only employs around 40 people directly, it provides sustainable work to almost 200 producers through its supply chain. Women make up a vast majority of its producer group producing garments, pouches, felt and woolen products.
