Building Green Futures, Together
Despite difficult road access during the rainy season, SUSTAIN Project activities in Aathbiskot Municipality remained on track. Led by Fair Trade Group Nepal with support from BMZ/WHH, RRN, and MIC Nepal, the project shared feasibility and market study findings, promoted green enterprises, and worked with the municipality to advance a locally owned Business Incubation Center with technical support from the SUSTAIN Project.
Local coordination also improved, with priority given to women, youth, marginalized communities, and earthquake-affected households during enterprise selection.
