Fair Trade Group Nepal (FTGN) celebrated 25 years of empowering marginalized communities especially, women, differently- abled and socially and ethnically marginalized people through Fair Trade entrepreneurship and enterprise promotion in Nepal. On this occasion, a Panel Discussion on "Building Entrepreneurial Ecosystem in Nepal” was organized. The panel discussion was chaired by Prof. Dr. Pushkar Bajracharya and had panelists- experts from various sectors including climate change and sustainable Entrepreneurship, Circular Economy, role of financial sector in promoting entrepreneurship and Social Entrepreneurship ecosystem. Mr. Narayan PS Duwadee, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Industry, Commerce & Supplies gave a key note on Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Role of Government. The Panel Discussion created a platform to initiate dialogue among different stakeholders that contribute in promoting entrepreneurial ecosystem in Nepal. 
Followed by this, the Silver Jubilee of FTGN was celebrated. We were honored to have Hon’ble Minister Uma Regmi, Ministry of Women, Children and Senior Citizen as the Chief Guest of the Celebration program. Former Finance Ministers- Dr. Prakash Chandra Lohani and Mr. Surendra Pandey and Secretary, Ministry of Industry, Commerce & Supplies- Dr. Ganesh Prasad Pandey were the Special Guests of the celebration program; they provided their insights on the Need for Entrepreneurial Promotion for Economic Growth in Nepal.
